Take everything full circle in this unit that explores how technology has changed the world. Learn along with your students as they create works of AI generated art, evaluate the ethics of using something else's "brain", and explain artificial intelligence to the next generation.
Expect that unit 5 will take approximately 7 - 50 minute class periods.
If you are completing the advanced option, plan an additional 3 class periods to complete the unit. The advanced lesson does NOT depend on Unit 3 or Unit 4 work. It is just more of a project that could be used as a formal assessment.
Students will:
explain the development of Artificial Intelligence through large language modules.
review and define the ethics of AI usage.
design and explain current and future careers in AI.
ADVANCED: Students will design effective methods of teaching younger students how AI is created and used safely.
