**IMPORTANT** Please practice being independent with your child. Opening up snacks, putting on their backpacks, blowing their noses, etc. Now is the time to get them used to doing more on their own and the more practice the better!
**Also** Please label EVERYTHING!!! Sometimes we have duplicates and we don't know what belongs to who!

Family Cultural Night – Join Us for an Evening of Celebration!
Mark your calendars for our Family Cultural Night on Friday, May 8th, from 5:00–7:00 PM! This special evening is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together, celebrate diverse cultures, and enjoy student performances.
From 5:00–7:00 PM, families can enjoy delicious food trucks located on Palmerson, explore cultural displays in the cafeteria, and view student work showcased in the Multipurpose Room.
Student performances will take place from 5:30–6:30 PM in the following order on the Outdoor Stage:
1st Grade, 4th Grade, 2nd Grade, English Learner Reclassification Presentation, 5th Grade, and 3rd Grade.
At this event, we will honor our English Learner students receiving their Reclassification (Redesignation) Awards, recognizing their hard work and the incredible progress they have made. Awards will be presented by Principal Clark and EL Teacher Denise Smith.
Please remember to bring your own chairs for seating during the outdoor performances.
This is a whole school event, so we kindly encourage families to walk or carpool if possible. Parking is limited.
We look forward to celebrating with you at this fun and meaningful evening!
