Ch. 3 - Path of the Iron Covenant

Story Outline

1. Exposition:

• Why does your character choose to join the Iron Covenant? Describe how their leader offers you a chance to live with the Iron Covenant for the next month. What convinces your character to accept their offer?

2. Rising Action:

• What challenges does your character face while training with the Iron Covenant? Your character begins the tough training but starts to feel like the rules and discipline are too strict. What important skills or lessons are they learning so far?

3. Climax:

• Does your character stay loyal to the Iron Covenant, or do they start to question it? At a key moment, your character has to choose: follow the Covenant’s orders without question, or leave and return to the Freehold Alliance because they miss their home. What do they decide?

4. Resolution:

• How does joining the Iron Covenant change your character’s life? If they stayed, do they feel proud of their new role? Did they struggle with leaving the Iron Covenant behind? How do they feel about their choice?
