Use Google Forms and Sheets to collect information and send out a personalized email. Using a Google Sheets Add-on (ForMule) you can collect data in a sheet then use it within an email.
Great for sending formative results, a personalized "Madlib" or poem based on student answers.
Step 1 - Select the sheet that contains all the data you want in the personalized email.
Step 2 - Set up a trigger if you want the email sent out after a form is submitted or on a timer (every hour, weeks, etc)
Step 3 - Select how many different templates you would like to send. When first starting with formMule, use only 1 template.
Step 4 - Send Condition = Which rows do you want to send? NULL means empty, NOT NULL cell contains something.
You can use "Send for all rows" to start
Step 5 - Edit the email template.
Use tags << >> to personalize each email. Click on the "Add Merge Tag" item you want to use.
NOTE- When you add a tag into the body formMule will insert the text too. You can delete the text, but be sure to leave the tags << text >>
