IF Formula

This formula looks at a specific cell and evaluates the contents based on either text (in quotes) or a mathematical expression (greater than >3). If the contents of the reference cell match (is true) the cell will display the text in quotes. The last section of the formula is if the reference cell does not match (not true) display the contents of another cell.
