Attendance

Click here for the attendance spreadsheet.

Protocol:

  • Enter attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 8am and 1pm.

  • Enter absent if you had class the previous day and the student did not engage with you or with the work by 8am that (following) morning.

Examples:

    • Example 1: Ms. Welsh's class is scheduled at 1pm on Mondays. Evin did not attend Ms. Welsh's live Zoom call. On Tuesday morning, Ms. Welsh checks, and Evin also did not engage in any of the work. Ms. Welsh marks Evin absent.

    • Example 2: Mme. Herisson is doing one on one check ins with her students during her French class, which is scheduled for 10:30 AM on Tuesdays. James is not present to do his check in. He also does not complete any work. Mme. Herisson checks on Wednesday morning, and James has still done nothing. Mme. Herisson marks James as absent.

    • Example 3: Sra. Garcia has a pre-recorded video, along with a written assignment, posted on Google Classroom. This covers her class which begins at 8:30 on Wednesdays. Sra. Garcia checks on Thursday morning, and five students did not do any of the work. Sra. Garcia marks absent for those five students.
