Academic Opportunities Permission Form
Credit opportunities through outside organizations will require parental permission for the 2026-2027 school year. Electronic copies of the permission forms can be found below. Hard copies can be obtained in Student Services. Completed forms need to be returned to counselors before student registrations will be submitted.
