Parental approval
Have a clearly defined career goal

Be a junior or senior in good standing with the school system
Be willing to take high school and technical or college courses related to future employment within the identified career area
Have three acceptable teacher recommendations (forms in the application packet)
Have acceptable attendance (no more than 10% absence)
Have a good discipline history
Have a good academic record and be on track for graduation
Be willing to submit to all health related screenings required by the sponsoring employer
Must provide your own dependable transportation
Good attitude
Good grooming habits
Completion of WBL application form and submitted by the deadline
