All Activity Registrations must be completed online through Infinite Campus Parent Portal - School Store (https://www.isd466.org/for-parents/parent-portal).

Please allow 2-3 business days to process and approve submitted registrations. Students will not be allowed to participate until they are cleared through the Activities Office. 

Student athletes must also have a current sports physical and baseline concussion testing on file in the Activities Office prior to practicing.
