Robot scientists have made robotic pets that act like real pets and some even do pet actions and look like pets! Some of these robots even have an app to control them and have special words that you say for special actions like Loona (see link at bottom of page). You can even dress up Loona the way you can do to your pet.
Self-driving cars are vehicles that use AI and sensors to drive to the location you want to go. They are designed to increase safety on the roads and lower the chances of dangerous driving. It has to be programmed carefully to make sure it is safe on the roads.
AI chatbots are designed to mimic human conversations. They use advanced AI technology to comprehend people's questions and provide them with appropriate responses. Chatbots are highly versatile and can be used for various purposes, such as customer support, communication and information sharing.

AI's role in space exploration is teaching us so much by processing lots of data from stars, planets and other space objects and predicting risks like solar storms and location of space debris. It enhances the flight of spacecrafts, reduces the roles of humans and helps astronauts with operations, navigation and satellite monitoring.
AI is going to be such a huge help in the medical world. But AI cannot do the surgery because it lacks common sense and empathy, so AI will most likely be a support in the form of an assistant doctor. It would give you the best ways to perform and give you tools and such, plus it would also fulfil the role of reassuring the doctor to make sure the medical activity will go well.
But we can't completely trust AI so it is an assistant doctor and not given the full role.
