7th Grade Science - Week of 5/12 update.  

Curriculum:  On Monday, May 13th, we will continue with Chapter 2 in the Cells and Heredity Textbook.  Please read Section 4 (of Chapter 2) to prepare.  It is short, only four pages long about the subject of "cancer. "   

7th graders have standardized (MAP) testing on Tuesday, May 14th.  

We have a test this week over Chapter 2, Sections 1, 2, 3, & 4.  I initially told you Wednesday, but we will need that day for review.  The test will be on Friday, May 17th., in order to review on Wednesday and Thursday.  Bring your worksheets to class with you. 

FINALS are the following week.  The final exam on May 22nd & 23rd will cover Chapters 1 & 2.  The material you should study is covered in Sections 1, 2, 3, &4 of both chapters.  We will review for the final on Monday and Tuesday, the 20th and 21st.  

Tutoring:  I am available for science tutoring during lunch in Room 300, or any day after school during Waves 1-3.  Math tutoring and assistance is available with Ms Merrill every day from 3PM - 3:30PM on a walk in basis, and also during conference periods daily with a conference pass - just ask your teacher for a pass.   No pass is needed after school.
