Cancellation Policy

This event follows FOBISIA's official cancellation policy. In the case of a FOBISIA member schools’ cancellation, DBS Denla British School will first endeavour to fill the cancelled school's slot from the audition entries. If this is not possible, please be aware that cancellation charges will apply as laid out in detail below.

90-60 days prior to event | 02 Nov 2025 to 02 Dec 2025

• No cancellation charge

• 100% of monies paid will be refunded (if already paid to and received by DBS, less any cross-border transfer fees)

59-30 days prior to event | 03 Dec 2025 to 01 Jan 2026

• 25% (of THB 4,900) cancellation charge will be imposed, i.e. THB 1,225

• 75% of monies paid will be refunded (if already paid to and received by DBS, less any cross-border transfer fees)

29-15 days prior to event | 02 Jan 2026 to 16 Jan 2026

• 50% (of THB 4,900) cancellation charge will be imposed, i.e. THB THB 2,450

  • 75% of monies paid will be refunded (if already paid to and received by DBS, less any cross-border transfer fees)

14-0 days prior to event | 17 Jan 2026 to 31 Jan 2026

• 100% (of THB 4,900) cancellation charge will be imposed, i.e. THB THB 4,900

• No refund of any monies paid will be made

Please note that any additional deposits already made by DBS Denla British School that cannot be recouped will be deducted from the totals below. This includes but is not limited to transportation, practitioner costs and food. Please note all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organisers at DBS Denla British School.
