Don't Sit, Get Fit.


This Term the Wellbeing Team have chosen a focus that relates with the Atheltics Carnival. Our primary focus will be getting up and moving and eating healthy. In class we will explore the benefits of both of these things. 

 Our week will end with the Athletics Carnival on Friday.

Have you heard of the SWAP IT Lunch Box Initiative?

You can find out more information HERE! You will find: 

SWAP IT is a free evidence-based healthy lunchbox program. The program supports parents and carers to SWAP what is packed in their child’s lunchbox from sometimes foods to everyday foods. 

The SWAP IT recommendations have been developed based on the latest evidence-based government nutrition guidelines. For more information, click here
