3.1 What do I do if I want to appeal a result?

A student is entitled to appeal to the Director of Teaching and Learning if he is not satisfied with:

(a) the marks awarded for a particular assessment task; or

(b) the school’s response to his appeal for disability provisions on the grounds of illness/misadventure; or

(c) the school’s decision to award an ‘N’ Determination for a course; or

If a student intends to appeal to the College for any of the reasons (a) – (c) above, he needs to see the Director of Teaching and Learning for the appropriate documents and procedures.

A student also has the right to appeal to NESA if he is not satisfied with the school’s decision to award an ‘N’ Determination for a course.
