To get a better night's sleep:
Try and be as active as you can during the day. Be creative as to what you can do at home to stay physical
Maintain a normal routine for sleep. Getting to bed at the same tie each night is important to set this routine.
Try Mindfulness to help your brain chill out. Apps such as Smiling Mind are great for this.
Cut out caffeine after 3pm. (Coffee, tea, chocolate and chocolate drinks, cola drinks, energy drinks)
Separate Screen time and sleep time. Turn off your screens 1 hour before going to bed.
