The NESA Stage 5 Hospitality course provides an introduction to the Hospitality Industry. Providing students with hands-on training, industry insights, and practical experiences including the preparation and presentation of simple dishes and participation in safe work practices.
The NESA Stage 6 Hospitality courses provide students with the opportunity to target their training with a focus stream: Cookery and Food & Beverage, students will develop the skills and knowledge required to prepare and serve a range of gourmet dishes whilst working both effectively and hygienically. Successful students are eligible to receive a Nationally Recognised qualification which contributes toward their Higher School Certificate (HSC), Australian Tertiary Admission Ranking (ATAR) and will have gained invaluable real-world experiences that complements their academic learning.
