Call us at: 859-392-7014 - leave a voicemail with your name, student's name, a good call back number, and a good email address to correspond with you.

We will have in-person support. Our office hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm but we have a break for lunch from 11:00am - 12:00pm.

We will respond to your email request within the Support Window 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please know that your issue will be resolved as quickly as possible. Please try to use your student email account when sending to the support email address.

> When emailing, please be descriptive of your issue; include error messages or screen shots if possible.

> Use your School Email Account when submitting an email. This will help us identify you at a glance when receiving the support requests
