DragonFly Information
William Ellis Middle Athletics uses the DragonFly online platform for submitting all required sports paperwork (NCHSAA pre-participation physical, Gfellar-Waller Concussion Form, DCS Acknowledgement Form, DCS Release Form and the Emergency Contact Form). Please see directions below on how to create an account and upload required information (No paper copies should be turned in to the school after using this online platform).

Student MUST have a current physical on file.
Physicals can not be more than a 395 days old.
