5th Offense: Write Up: Lunch detention & ISS referral (Parent contact)
6th Offense: Write Up: OSS referral (Parent contact)
**Severe offenses or consistent disruption of class will result in an automatic referral to ISS/administration.**
**Repetitive issues will require a parent conference.
