Projects guide an assessment process for strategic planning, community engagement, volunteer and specialist recruitment, while developing financial feasibility and organizational sustainability.
Facilitated a design workshop to develop community engaged programs in, Las Cruces, New Mexico with We Are IT a local non-profit tech start up.
Organized inaugural Make Music Day Festival , in partnership with the Range, Dona Aña Arts Council, Visit Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Co- Produced a Women's Entrepreneurship Conference at the Las Cruces Convention Center, in partnership with NMSU Arrowhead Innovation Center, WEST, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

D + S COLLABORATIVE's creative thinking and visioning allowed our team to access the big picture, and view our cause from many different focal points. He was able to quickly recognize collaborative opportunities and identify various creative resources. The individual and group sessions were intentional and strategic in identifying gaps in our organization and recognizing creative solutions.
