January Town Hall/Chili Cook-off: Building Bridges and Sharing Our Story
Our January Town Hall/Chili Cook-off was an inspiring and impactful gathering that brought together community members, local leaders, and supporters of Dave's Gift.
One of the highlights of the event was our annual chili cook-off, which brought some friendly competition, great food, and lots of laughter to the room. We were excited to have our 2025 champion return and be replaced with our 2026 new champion.
Most importantly, the Town Hall provided a meaningful opportunity to share the powerful story behind Dave's Gift Society and to shine a light on the importance of mental health support in our communities.
We are proud to be one of the vendors at Thumbs Up Foundation’s 4th annual Peace in the Park outdoor live music event celebrating healers, helpers & heroes. Hosted at Nose Creek Park in Airdrie on September 20th.
We met many wonderful people, and enjoyed a successful raffle!
