Lead Psychologist

Kathleen is a registered psychologist who is a part of the SpLD Assessment Services team at DAS. Her primary role involves conducting psycho-educational assessments for children and adults, and she also develops and facilitates social-emotional programmes for school-aged students. Driven by a strong passion for holistic growth, she is committed to supporting their learning, emotional wellbeing, and overall development.
Senior Specialist Psychologist
SINGAPORE
Scarlet is a Senior Psychologist at the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS). She joined DAS in 2017 and is part of the SpLD Assessment Services team, where she conducts psychoeducational assessments for children, youths, and adults, supervises junior psychologists, and leads training workshops as well as outreach initiatives. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse learning, behavioural, and socio-emotional needs, and has contributed to developing DAS’s pilot social skills program, as well as delivering individualised literacy interventions for high-needs learners.
Scarlet holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and a Master of Arts (Applied Psychology) from the National Institute of Education (NIE). She received the Applied Psychology Award in 2023 in recognition of her outstanding academic performance as the top graduate of her cohort. She is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and a registered psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).
Director / Principal Clinical and Counselling Psychologist
SINGAPORE
Dr Geraldine, with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Applied Psychology, has 25 years of experience treating various psychological issues. Known as the “People’s Psychologist,” she educates the public through media eg. radio talk show aired every Tuesday on radio station Kiss92 FM. Recognised for her contributions, she has received the Sheroes award, Singapore 40-over-40, and SKM's VoLK.
Other than her clinical work, she runs Camp Global®, an inclusive camp for teens in activities to help them develop their social-emotional skills, including self-awareness, goal-setting, motivation, and confidence.
As an educator, she delivers talks and provides workshops to raise awareness amongst youths in mental literacy and well-being. Dr Geraldine accepts psychological students for an internship crucial for learning.
Dr Geraldine provides Peer Supporters Check-in sessions to peer supporters to ensure their well-being is taken care of and that they can cope well with supporting others and themselves as peer supporters.

Founder, Social Scientist

Issac is the founder of social science consultancy, Anthro Insights. He specialises in helping organisations develop scientifically rigorous people strategies. His approach to tackling complex organisational challenges is shaped by his training in the social, behavioural, and organisational sciences, and his lived experience with dyslexia and auditory processing disorder. Through Anthro, the people-insights company he founded, he advances his mission to foster a society that embraces diversity as a strength. His work helps organisations create environments where employees can thrive both professionally and personally. He also teaches organisational behaviour, leadership, and decision-making at his alma mater, the NUS Business School. He received his PhD in Education from Oxford University.
