Who selects the theme?
Who selects the theme?
The theme is selected annually by the students on the Winter Carnival Council. The council selects the theme as well as the winning poster and t-shirt designs, and plans and participates in all Winter Carnival events, which include the Opening Celebration, Polar Bear Swim, Ice Sculpture Contest, Human Dog Sled Races, Snowshoe Races and more. Participation in Winter Carnival Council is open to all Dartmouth students. If you are interested in joining the Winter Carnival Council, email winter.carnival@dartmouth.edu
