The Global Go To Think Tank Index is the result of an international survey of over 1,950 scholars, public and private donors, policy makers, and journalists who helped rank more than 6,500 think tanks using a set of 18 criteria developed by the TTCSP. You can access the guide here.
Tip: The guide can be unwieldly. On Penn's Library guide, linked here you can use the dividers at the top to look at the different rankings by region or area of research which is much more user friendly.

The site includes lists of organizations and institutions and information on a variety of NGOs and IGOs that operate in the arctic. The site also has a place for groups to annouce events, jobs, and internship opportunities.
