Title I, Part A 

Title I, Part A (Title I) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESEA) provides financial assistance to local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools that serve high percentages of children from low-income families to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards.  Each district uses these funds for supplemental educational services and activities for children most in need of educational support.  Darlington County Office of Federal Programs supplements the district's instructional program for all students in a Federal Program designated school.
