5th Grade Supply List

• Backpack

• Over-the-ear headphones (no earbuds): Label with name and put in Ziploc bag

• Supply box OR zipper pouch bag containing: pencils, scissors, 3 jumbo glue sticks, 1 black Sharpie marker, set of colored pencils, and set of markers

• 3 composition notebooks (non spiral) for Math, ELA/Social Studies, & Science

• PE: Sneakers

• ART: Oversized art t-­shirt (no buttons or smocks) with name marked 

Donations of these items welcomed:

• Clorox wipes

• Paper towels 

• Tissues

• Extra pencils

• Extra glue sticks

OPTIONAL:

• Large zipper binder like the Trapper Keeper style

• Mouse: plug-in or wireless with name marked
