Essential:

• Educational qualifications including GCSE or equivalent in grade 4 or above in English and Maths

• Completed an IT based subject at A-Level or equivalent

• Possess some knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office products, and Google Workspace. A working knowledge of a range of software packages is also important but training will be provided.

• Passionate about IT and supporting users

• Positive and enthusiastic approach towards work and personal development

• Have strong communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly and patiently.

• A natural problem solver

• Committed to the safeguarding of children.
