Thank you for your interest in the Headteacher position at The Cranbourne Primary School. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on the successful strategic development and direction of Cranbourne, providing the vision and effective leadership that will ensure the continuation of high quality education for all its pupils and excellent standards of learning and achievement. Our Headteachers are part of a collaborative team of leaders across the Trust who work together to develop optimistic, resilient learners and valued and empowered staff supported by a central team of business professionals including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Estates and Governance.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with substantial experience and impact in a senior leadership role working as an Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher in a primary setting. Evidence of the successful implementation of strategies to improve learning environment, to continue to raise the standards of achievement for all pupils and the effective management of change will be key to success in this role as well as the ability to create positive personal impact.
