Arrival/Drop Off

Dancers should come dressed in the costume for their Nutcracker costume with all hair and makeup done and ballet shoes already on. At drop off 1 parent will be given a backstage pass- this will be used for dancer pickup at the end of the show. 

Int/Adv Pointe Dancers in multiple classes should come dressed for their 1st dance with all hair and makeup done and the appropriate dance shoes already on. (Show orders are listed below to see which costume to arrive in). Dancers should have all extra costume pieces, dance shoes, etc. needed for the whole show with them.

What to Bring

• Costumes and all hair pieces, accessories, etc. If dancer is in more than one dance- they come dressed in their first dance and all other costumes should come in the hanging bag we passed them out in WITH the colored name label on it. Package costume pieces and shoes in each appropriate hanging bag.

• Leave everything with dancers at drop off- parents will not be able to bring items back to dancers mid-show.

• Water bottles with a secure lid are allowed. No food please.

• LABEL EVERYTHING!

• Please do not pack extra items with dancer.

After the Show/Pick Up

All dancers will be participating in our finale. Dancers cannot be picked up before the end of the show. This is done for safety reasons/security. When the show is over one parent will pick up the dancer. You must have your backstage pass with you (this will be given out when your child is dropped off before show). Read your pass for appropriate pick up location for your dancer- it will notate which dressing room to pick them up from.

Dancers Ages 12 & Older

These dancers will be released to meet their parents in the event center lobby on their own unless you discuss otherwise with us.
