On show day, dancers ages 8+ will remain backstage for the entire show. Creative Movement, Ballet/Tap Combo, and Primary dancers will sit with their parents in the audience during the act in which they are not performing and will either proceed backstage during intermission or return to their parents.
Staff and parent volunteers will be on hand to supervise and entertain Creative Movement and Primary-level dancers in their dressing room. Out staff and volunteers are also able to help with costume changes. If you prefer to help your child with costume changes, please let us know when checking them in.
Backstage dressing rooms for ages 8 and up each have a staff member or parent volunteer assigned to them to assist with quick changes.
It is important that only a parent or guardian pick students up and drop them off at the dressing rooms. Students will not be released from the dressing room without a parent or guardian.
