online store: step by step process

Using the Online Stores:

• Open Your Browser: Launch an internet browser of your choice (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).

• Enter URL: Get to the main page of your associated tour and navigate to the SHOP tab from the homepage.

Product Search:

• Use the search bar located at the top of the page to quickly locate specific items by entering keywords, product names, or SKU numbers.

• Filter Options: Utilize filtering options of the products page to narrow down your search.

• Select a Product: Click on any product image or title to access the product details page. 

• If the item they are looking for is not present on the website, please text Kai asap to figure out a solution.

• Review Information: On the product details page, review all relevant information, including product descriptions, available sizes, colors, pricing, and if the product is available in inventory status.

Add to Cart:

• Click the "Add to Cart" button to place the selected item in your shopping cart. A notification will appear confirming the addition.

• Review Cart Items: Check the items, quantities, and total cost. You can adjust quantities or remove items as needed.

Proceed to Checkout:

• Click the "Checkout" button from your cart when ready to finalize your purchase.

• Enter Shipping Information: Fill in all required fields for shipping, including your name, address, and contact information.

• Select Shipping Method: Choose your preferred shipping method based on options available.

• Enter Payment Information: Provide payment details to complete the transaction. Ensure that all entered information is accurate to avoid processing issues.

• Complete Purchase: Click on the “Place Order” button to finalize your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
