When moving or transferring to a new school, please make sure to bring in a
Change of Address Form,
Copy of your lease or Landlord Verificaton Form (Notarized)
Two bills (electric/gas) or (phone bill) containing the new address
Padres / Tutores,
Cuando se mude o se transfiera a una nueva escuela, asegúrese de traer un
Formulario de Cambio de Dirección,
Copia de su Contrato de Arrendamiento o Formulario de Verificación del Arrendador (Notarizada)
Dos Facturas (electricidad / gas) o (factura de teléfono) que contengan la nueva dirección
Simple directions from I-84E and I-84W:
Turn right onto Main St/CT-53 S.
Turn left onto South St/CT-53.
