Damien Jazz Festival will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2027 at the Damien High School Event Center.
The event will feature jazz performances, clinics, and an awards ceremony. Use this form to sign up your group(s) for our inaugural Jazz Festival. If you are bringing more than one band, please fill this form again.
Registration fee is $350 and can be paid after completing this form. You can also mail in a check payable to Damien High School and send it to Damien High School, Attn: JJ Magallon, 2280 Damien Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750.
