Post-it notes – lots of post it notes! Different sizes suggested but large for note-taking are a must!

5 A4 sized notebooks - 1- red; 1- blue; 1- green; 1- yellow; 1 - orange

Indoor gym shoes

Reusable water bottle (one use bottles will be sent home)

5 extra large Ziploc bags (freezer – heavy duty bags)

A pair of scissors (appropriate size!)

A pair of earbuds/headphones
