Welcome to Team Achievement!

This is going to be an exciting year filled with new discoveries and growth!!

 I graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and earned of Master’s Degree as a Reading Specialist from York College. This is my 19th year teaching; sixteen years in the Dallastown Area School District and three years in  Las Vegas, Nevada. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family,  camping, and reading. I look forward to working with you this school year!

I'm excited for you to be a part of Team Achievement, and I hope you love sixth grade as much as I do.   In 2006, I graduated from Penn State University’s College of Education and Schreyer Honors College; I graduated with a Master's degree from Penn State York in 2013.  The 2026-27 school year is my 21st year teaching in Dallastown, and it is my fifteenth year teaching sixth grade.  Time flies when you’re having fun!  In my free time, I enjoy exercising,  being outdoors, reading, and most importantly, spending time with my family.   I look forward to getting to know you this year!

Welcome to Team Achievement.  I am excited for you to join us.  I joined  DAIS in December 2023.  Prior to joining DAIS I taught in North Carolina and Hempfield School District.  This will be my 15th year teaching!  In my free time I enjoy doing fun activities with my family, traveling (especially to Disney World and the beach), and spending time with my 6 year old son.  I look forward to a great year full of fun and learning!

This is my 29th year with Dallastown Area School District & I'm looking forward to another amazing year.

On Team Achievement I teach 2 of the math sections & all 4 geography classes. 

In my free time I enjoy reading and spending time antiquing, shooting archery and enjoying the outdoors with my family.
