Leaders Heights Elementary

Leaders Heights Elementary

The Leaders Heights Elementary building was originally built by the York Imperial School District in 1954 and became a part of Dallastown Area School District in 1965. Leaders Heights currently services approximately 150 students K-3.

The Leaders Heights campus offers the District the most room for physical building growth which will allow the District to support its growing enrollment and building capacity.

Project 1

The Leaders Heights Elementary project is slated to begin in 2023.

Leaders Heights offers the most opportunity for enhancement of district-wide K-3 capacity - the current 2 classrooms per grade level will enhance to 5 classrooms per grade level.

Increasing building capacity at Leaders Heights will eliminate the need for multiple building transitions throughout the K-3 project timeline - allowing more opportunity for students to remain in their current buildings until redistricting occurs.
