Instructional Leadership

As an instructional leader, I have fostered a supportive environment as a professional developer who aided in enhancing the skills of teachers. I've had the proven track record in assisting in the improvement of student achievement. Within this position I have demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills as well as a strong oral and written communication skills. Overall, all teachers both novice and veteran have walked away with the needed skills to have a positive impact on student outcomes.
