Created a visual for the Pre-K - 2 department to ensure they knew how students were performing collectively.
Created a week-by-week IPC for grades 3-5 that aligned to the needs of the campus based on previous data.
My team and I developed a tri-fold similar to the language to literacy chart so that students have a common instructional strategy process when test taking.
This one-on-one initiative came about after realizing as a campus we had several opportunities to build relationships with students and to spotlight them. Each child had a unique story to tell.
Each Tuesday, teachers were challenged to make it a goal to make contact with the student by name, whether it's to high-five them, greet/dismiss them, hug them or simply to just say "hello". Just imagine how students felt to hear, "Hey Elijah! How are you today?", from a teacher they're not used to interacting with daily. It made a tremendous impact on behavior.
