Teens Thrive Through Yoga


OUR MISSION

To help youth, and those who serve them, create a path of inner-peace, inner-stability and success by developing social-emotional wellness through Yoga and other mindfulness practices to enhance self-regulation, compassion, confidence, resilience and clarity of purpose.

A lot of my students who never liked to take part in gym class really loved yoga and became increasingly more confident when they were able to learn yoga poses quickly. Likewise, even my students who were not really interested came on board and were really receptive to instruction.
