Veronica wholeheartedly believes in the Montessori philosophy which is based on supporting the complete development of the child's education and life skills. This year she will be entering her eighth year in Montessori education. Her Montessori certification is in Lower Elementary from AMS. She also acquired her SEE (Sequential English Education) and MACAR (Montessori Applied to Children at Risk) certifications through Shelton. She obtained a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's in Arts with an emphasis on Montessori Education from Dallas Baptist University.

This year she serves as Montessori Coordinator and is excited to bring the first ever Montessori Summit to continue advocating for Montessori in the public sector.
