Call the DISD Help Desk at 972-925-5630, Enter your student ID number and follow the prompt for student password reset.

The technician will ask you to verify your ID number and your FULL NAME, as well as a current teacher's name.

When they reset your password, you will use this ONE TIME and will be prompted to create a new password.
