Irma L Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School is looking for caring professionals and community members who are ready to connect, encourage, and inspire the next generation of young women leaders!

Mentorship gives our students the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with adults who can share real-world experiences, offer guidance, explore college and career possibilities, and encourage them as they develop their own goals for the future.

You don’t have to have all the answers to be a great mentor. You simply need a willingness to show up, listen, share your experiences, and be someone in her corner.
