Our Counseling Services
The Bayles Counseling Department will provide a comprehensive developmental program addressing the whole child to build student leadership skills and maximize academic achievement, social and emotional development, and post-secondary college and career readiness. Services include short-term individual counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals, as needed. Services are not intended as a substitute for psychological counseling, therapy, or diagnosis.

Meet the Bayles Elementary School Counselor
Mrs. Moon
I was born in Cali, Colombia where I graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from " La Universidad del Valle." I have been an educator for 22 years. I am honored to be part of the Bayles family as the school counselor for the last four years. I received my Master’s Degree from Southern Methodist University. In my experience as a Bilingual teacher, Instructional Coach and School Counselor. I have taken every opportunity to learn and grow. I believe that all students can learn and can develop their full potential. They need a mentor, a responsible and stable adult to guide them in the process. I was so fortunate to have my mom as my mentor. I thank each and every day for her guidance, leadership role model and support.
