What is DailyPay?
DailyPay is a company-sponsored benefit that allows our employees to access a portion of their base wages earned in advance of payday.
Can I use DailyPay if I get paper checks?
DailyPay is designed to work with employees who are paid via direct deposit, either to a checking or savings account, or a debit/prepaid card.
Is DailyPay a loan?
DailyPay is not a loan. The amount of money that you have access to is based on your approved earnings - meaning that you have already earned this money, it just hasn't been paid out to you yet.
What is the DailyPay Account?
The DailyPay Account is a unique bank account into which all pay is routed so it can reach DailyPay successfully. It will appear as a Wells Fargo account.
When will I see updates to my Available Balance?
Your Available Balance is updated daily, as soon as your most recent shift earnings are sent to DailyPay.
How often can I use DailyPay?
You can use DailyPay as often or as little as you like. DailyPay is 100% voluntary and can be used whenever you need it, up to five transfers per day.
What if I don't make a transfer during a pay period?
If you make no transfers during a given pay period, your entire pay period earnings will be deposited into your bank account on your regularly scheduled payday.
