At the heart of the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy is a commitment to developing globally-minded citizens who strive to make the world a better place. In the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), this commitment comes to life through Service as Action.
Community service is not just a graduation requirement; it is an essential way for our students to apply what they learn in the classroom to real-world challenges. By engaging in meaningful service, students develop empathy, collaboration skills, and a deeper understanding of the diverse communities around them. Through action and personal reflection, our magnet students learn that they are never too young to spark positive, lasting change.
