M.Sc. Candidate
UX Designer
I've been developing apps, games and websites for more than 10 years for different public and private companies and with the different experiences I could have, I decided to specialize in the area of smartphone apps. Despite being a designer by academic background, I had the oportunity to programming many softwares as a developer. As a result, it became natural for me to create a communication channel between design and computing in the work I do. So, when I started my master's degree, I decided to unite the areas of design and technology by studying the optimization of software development processes, with the aim of creating more consistent software in terms of user experience and producing these with greater agility.

Horizontal usability in m-commerces from UX perspective
During the pandemic, e-commerce was an alternative for buying goods and was a business with a higher number of new customers. In this context, m-commerces are available in multiple channels, but they need visual consistency among platforms. Understand the software developers' decisions when facing good practices that prioritize efficiency, efficacy and allow the maintenance of the system usability is crucial to an improvement of the use and consumption of these m-commerce interfaces. This research aims to investigate the UX linked to the horizontal usability among m-commerce platforms and their consumers. It is believed that development practices can improve both UX and the efficiency of these systems.
