Submit proxies toToastmasters International Annual Convention business session (Club Pres/Sec)
Elect new Club Officers at 1st meeting in May. Ensure minimum three (3) Officers are listed: President, Secretary and a VP (VPE, VPM or VPPR) to be club in good standing.Â

Submit incoming Club Officer list in Club Central straight after incoming election. Must be submitted by 30 June.Â
Attend District 70 Annual Council Meeting at the District Annual Conference. (Approve club alignment, District Leaders and Minutes). Quorum required by Presidents & VPEsÂ
District 70 Annual Conference - Time to celebrate!
Conduct handover session and welcome incoming Club Executives
Invite Area Director to visit Club in July, have a Club Officer changeover ceremony or meeting.
Ensure incoming Club Officer list is submitted in Club Central.
Incoming Club Officers draft a Club Success Plan for year.Â
Send CLUB SUCCESS PLAN copy to Area Director
MEETINGS: Confirm when/where the first Area Council Meeting is.
REVIEW: Club Leadership Training resources, support and dates

D70 Virtual District Council meeting (approve District 70 budget, District leaders, & minutes) - No proxies allowed; quorum required by Presidents & VPEs using District 70 voting system.Â
Deadline to submit Club fees  (must have minimum 3 original members from previous period; must have a President, Secretary & VP), must have 8 members minimum DEADLINE: 30 September >>> 3-3-8
Conduct club contests and Area contests
Finish all club contests and Area contests by end of Feb
