Executive Agenda

The President of the club should take the opportunity to develop an Executives Agenda to help drive the club activities and goals.

The Executives Agenda could cover the following areas:

1. Officer roles and responsibilities refresh

2. Club Planning to achieve DCP goals

3. Conduct moments of truths with the Executives committee and the club

4. Develop Club Calendar

5. Develop Membership Growth and Retention Plan

6. Develop a PR Plan

7. Develop Mentoring Program and training goals to help members achieve

8. Rebuild a club

And more, it is the year for the Executive Team to make it happen!!
