At the last DEC #6 Meeting we shared lessons learned, what were some of the highlights, what to watch out for and what we wish we knew before starting our role. Hope these help you gain some insight to support incoming District leaders in their roles.

Always double check yourself in terms of procedures and rules - never assume.

Relearning skills after broken membership...but being willing to try new things.
