As Area Director, you are responsible for leading your area by serving the needs of clubs.
DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (DEC)
As an Area Director, you are also part of the District Executive Committee (DEC). The DEC Meetings take place six (6) times per year: July, September November, February, April and June. Members of the DEC include: District Management Team (DMT) and Area Directors. Only members of the DEC are able to vote during the DEC Meetings. The DMT include the Senior Managers and Division Directors.
DISTRICT MANAGEMENT TEAM (DMT)
The District Management Team (DMT) comprise of the Senior Management Team and all Division Directors. The Senior Managers are those that sit at the head table - Trio Members: District Director (DD), Program Quality Director (PQD), and Club Growth Director (CGD); and the appointed members: Finance Manager (FM), Administration manager (AM), Public Relations Manager (PRM), and the Immediate Past District Director (IPDD).
DISTRICT COUNCIL (DC)
You are also a member of the District Council (DC). The District Council members include DEC Members, plus Club Presidents and Club Vice President Education. DC Meetings are held two (2) times a year (September and May).

Our District Director will send you information about the Handover District Executive Committee Meeting (DEC) in June as well as the weekend Area Director Training at the end of June or early July.
